What Have You Heard?

I know it's hard to get info from the Russian Gov. But has anyone heard anything from their agency about reaccreditation? Right now I just want to hear anything.. something... I heard something about the Dept. of State getting involved and giving Russia a form stating that all states will consider the child a citizen and the child will have the same rights (minus becoming president) as natural born children. But other than that form being submitted, I think it was to happen by today, I haven't heard anything?

And since I'm bored, just waiting for this accreditation thing to happen, I've been playing around with the blog site. Please tell me what you think of my Russian additions. :) If it's too much or too hard to understand, please let me know. Thanks!!

ничего = Nothing! That's what I've heard. I'd like to say something different but I can't. I hear rumors of April or June of finally starting to see accreditations.
Sorry I'm not more encouraging.

I like the Russian on your blog. It shows up good. Of course I can't really read it but I know what it says.

I saw on an adoption board someone mention they were told 4/15 they would hear something. I so feel your frustration I know any little tid bit of info gives you something to look forward to and keeps your hopes up. From our expereince during the last reaccreditation wait it did seem news was given out mid month I think that was when meetings were held or something. (((hugs)))praying you hear good news soon.

I've not heard anything either. I've heard the same rumors Debbie and mommyto5 have heard, so I have no idea when it will actually happen.
And the Russian, I think it looks great. I put a new template on my blog, now I can't figure out how to add anything!

You're killing me with all you cool additions. Sorry I didn't call last night I was at the concert that WOULD NOT END! I'll try tonight.

I hope the 4/15 rumor is true, then there is a good chance of us meeting for Chinese food. I just wish this mess would get cleared up those kids need homes! (and I know some great families who need kids!)

Love the Cyrillic!

Ditto to Debbie & Mommyto5's rumors. Because of the pattern of how things have been going for the past year, and unfortunately, I'd lean towards the later of the estimates.

We have heard zilch, zero, nada. And our agency, which used to be pretty optimistic regarding accreditaiton, has been very quiet lately. Not a good sign.

P.S. I really like the Cyrillic!

Just found your blog! (Mine's http://from-russia.blogspot.com )

I've heard a lot of NOTHING. I don't think anyone really knows anything...even if they say they do.

I don't know anything, since we don't even have an agency yet. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you waiting.

I like the Russian. It's a little difficult with the dates/months, but I'll figure it out. :)

It's fine. I actually used to have russian on my comments, but when they forced me to change over to the new blog, they screwed it up. I think it gives it a nice touch

Still no news here other than the horrible article in USA Today. Have you heard anything? (Deleted that last comment to remove my e-mail.)
